Distance Sales Agreement

• Product: a personal software license key valid for the chosen period. No physical goods, no shipping.
• Price and payment: the total shown on the product page and the Shopier checkout. One-time payment, no automatic renewal. Buying again with the same email adds time to your license.
• Delivery: the key is emailed automatically after payment, usually within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. The software is downloaded from mrzeuss.com.
• Right of withdrawal: under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered instantly. Voluntary refund: if your key has not been activated on any computer, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us with your order number.
• Support and faults: if the software cannot be used for its stated purpose and the issue cannot be fixed in reasonable time, the amount for the remaining license period is refunded. AI output may contain errors and is not by itself a defect.
• Disputes: Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.

Pre-sale status

Sales are closed. Payment will not be accepted until the final tax-inclusive total, invoicing arrangement and seller address and phone are confirmed. Voluntary refunds supplement, rather than replace, statutory rights concerning defective goods/services and other consumer rights. Activation or quota use does not itself remove those rights.
