This policy explains how your information is handled when you visit mrzeuss.com and use Mr.Zeuss software. See the
Personal Data Notice for details on personal data processing.

1. In short

  • We never see or store your card details; payments are handled by a licensed payment service provider (named here once sales begin).
  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We only process what is needed to provide the service, give support, invoice and keep things secure.

2. Information collected on the website

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser details and access time recorded by Hostinger (hosting) and Cloudflare (network/security).
  • What you send us: your name, email address and message.
  • Waitlist: the email and product choice you give in the “Notify me” form, used only to tell you when the product launches.
  • Purchase details: name, email, billing details and license key.

3. Information processed by the software

  • License check: the software sends your license key to our server to confirm your subscription.
  • AI processing: content you give the software (game text, product photos, story prompts) is sent to an AI provider for processing. If you use your own API key, that provider’s terms between you and them apply.
  • The software only reads the files and folders you select.

4. Cookies

The site currently uses no advertising or marketing cookies, only those needed for sessions, security (Cloudflare) and basic operation. YouTube videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com; YouTube’s own policy applies when you play a video. If ads (e.g. Google AdSense) or analytics are added later, this section will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

5. Third-party services

Hostinger, Cloudflare, a licensed payment service provider (named here once sales begin), YouTube and AI service providers (e.g. Venice AI, Google Gemini). Their own privacy policies apply.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited to what is necessary. No system is 100% secure; if a breach is detected, notifications will be made as required by law.

7. Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18.
