Common questions
When does the license start?
The term starts when your payment is confirmed and the key is created, not at first activation. The 1/3/12-month plans are 31/92/366 days. Email delivery is normally within minutes, with a stated maximum of 24 hours.
How is usage measured and reset?
Starter/Pro/Ultimate include 3/10/30 million cloud text tokens per month. Input, context and model output count together. The counter switches calendar month at 00:00 UTC on the first day (03:00 in Türkiye). Unused usage does not roll over; partial first/last months are not prorated and do not extend the license. Text or game counts are estimates.
Do retries and errors consume usage?
The current counter records total tokens reported by a successful cloud response; if unavailable, it estimates from output length. A local cache read that does not reach the server adds no new usage. Successful retries and separate model requests count separately. Responses the server treats as failures are not recorded; provider billing may differ.
How do upgrades and extensions work?
For the same product, order email and timed-license type, a new term is added to the later of the current expiry and processing date. A higher tier increases allowance without resetting that month’s usage. There is no automatic prorated price credit. Checkout and this flow will be tested before sales open.
What happens when allowance or license expires?
When allowance is exhausted, cloud operations pause for that month. Expiry blocks new licensed operations and cloud access without charging your card. The license server does not delete existing translation or project files on your computer. Validation tokens expire, so uninterrupted offline use is not guaranteed.
What if I replace my computer?
A license covers one computer at a time. Deactivate on the old device while it is accessible. If it has failed, contact iletisim@mrzeuss.com with your order number and purchase email. A second activation is not guaranteed until verification and device reset are completed. Never post your key publicly.
What does the BYOK license cover?
The one-time payment buys a perpetual usage license for the relevant application; AI provider fees are separate. It does not promise lifetime free support, every future major release or indefinite server operation. Update and support scope will be published before sales.
Where are tax, invoice and refund details?
Sales are closed. Payment will not open until the final tax-inclusive total, invoicing arrangement and seller contact details are confirmed and disclosed before checkout. Voluntary refund conditions do not remove statutory consumer rights.
