Refund Policy

• Our products are digital license keys delivered automatically by email once payment is confirmed (usually within minutes, at the latest within 24 hours). Withdrawal rights and any applicable digital-content exception will be verified for the actual delivery model before sales; an exception is not assumed automatically.
• Voluntary 14-day refund: if your key has never been activated, email iletisim@mrzeuss.com from your order email with your Shopier order number within 14 days of purchase. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are paid back to your card via Shopier and the license is revoked.
• Activated licenses: not covered by the voluntary refund. If the software’s core features do not work and support cannot fix it in reasonable time, the amount for the remaining license period is refunded.
• Not refundable: reaching your monthly AI quota, occasional AI translation errors, unsupported game engines, licenses revoked for breach of terms.
• No automatic renewal: your card is never charged again automatically.

Pre-sale status

Sales are closed. Payment will not be accepted until the final tax-inclusive total, invoicing arrangement and seller address and phone are confirmed. Voluntary refunds supplement, rather than replace, statutory rights concerning defective goods/services and other consumer rights. Activation or quota use does not itself remove those rights.
