These terms govern your use of mrzeuss.com and the software provided by Volkan Eren (“Mr.Zeuss”, “we”): Mr.Zeuss Translation Tool, Ren’Py Game Factory, AI E-Commerce Assistant and future tools (the “Software”). By using the site or the Software you accept these terms.

1. Service

The Software consists of AI-assisted desktop automation tools offered through a monthly subscription and license key. Features and prices are listed on each product page.

2. License

  • During your subscription you may use the Software for personal use or your own business. The license is non-transferable and may not be shared.
  • Sharing or selling license keys, copying the Software, reverse engineering it, bypassing the license check or extracting embedded access credentials is prohibited.
  • All rights to the Software belong to Volkan Eren.

3. Subscription, payment and cancellation

  • Payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider (named here once sales begin). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Right of withdrawal: Once sales begin, withdrawal terms will be provided before purchase in the pre-contract information form and distance sales agreement.
  • Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Translation Tool: you must own a legal copy of any game you translate. Game copyrights belong to their owners. Sharing or publishing translation files you create is your responsibility and must respect the game’s license and copyright law.
  • Game Factory: you are responsible for the games, stories and images you create and publish, and for not infringing others’ rights. Creating unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech or content violating others’ personal rights is prohibited.
  • E-Commerce Assistant: sellers must review generated product content before publishing and ensure it complies with marketplace rules and consumer/advertising law. Your marketplace API keys are yours to keep safe.
  • If you use your own AI API key, that provider’s terms and fees apply to you.

5. AI output

Translations, text and images are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review output before using it. No output is guaranteed to be fit for a particular purpose.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; our liability for direct damages is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Suspension

Licenses may be suspended for breaches of these terms (license sharing, abuse, unlawful content), with a warning or, in serious cases, immediately.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced on the site and by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
